3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) account on the 396jl Platform. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. 396jl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings or bonuses obtained through such accounts.

Withdrawal functionality will not be enabled until KYC verification is complete.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify 396jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. 396jl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Your 396jl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
4.1 Deposits. 396jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC20), subject to applicable minimum and maximum deposit limits as displayed in the cashier. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. 396jl processes withdrawal requests as promptly as practicable, with GCash and Maya withdrawals typically completed within approximately five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes, subject to verification requirements and network conditions.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200, or such other amount as 396jl may specify from time to time in the cashier interface.
4.4 Fraud Prevention. 396jl reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected, 396jl may suspend the account and withhold funds pending investigation, and may report such activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on 396jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available by 396jl are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and time limits.
5.2 396jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
5.3 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation of technical errors, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
5.4 396jl reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings obtained through bonus play where 396jl reasonably suspects that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
6.1 All games available on the 396jl Platform are governed by the individual game rules as displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
6.2 396jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all RNG-based casino games. The outcome of each game round is independent and cannot be influenced by 396jl or any player.
6.3 All bets placed are final once confirmed. 396jl will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system. In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or other material information, 396jl reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.
6.4 Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on 396jl, as displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without 396jl's prior written consent.

12.2 If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 You may close your 396jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to pending wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.
13.2 396jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, for fraud prevention purposes, or as required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
